Programme Rep responsibilities

- Represent the academic interests of the student cohort on your programme by gathering their feedback and ideas, and working to enact this feedback alongside the Programme Leader and RSU

- Communicate Programme Board outcomes to your student cohort

- Attend compulsory Programme Rep training which will be sent to you by email after registering

- Attend the School Rep Forum once per term (November and March) to meet with the School Rep and other Programme Reps

- Attend Programme Board meetings (approx once per term) and other feedback collation sessions, and bring a filled-out Feedback Form to each meeting

- Promote and encourage student participation of surveys, like Module Evaluation Surveys and National Students Survey (NSS)

Data Protection Agreement: I understand by volunteering for the role of Programme Representative, I agree to adhere to the duties and responsibilities of a Programme Rep as described on the RSU website Programme Reps (roehamptonstudent.com) I understand and agree that the data is being collected in order to enable the Students' Union and the University to have a comprehensive database of Programme Reps across each School. I understand and agree that my details will be used by the Students' Union and University of Roehampton to communicate with me in regards to my volunteer role as a programme rep and student voice within the university. I understand the data will be retained for the duration of the academic year, and shall be anonymised thereafter I understand that if I have any concerns about how my data is being managed, I can contact the SU on rsu@roehampton.ac.uk Finally, I understand I can read the Union's full privacy notice online at Privacy Policy (roehamptonstudent.com)
